How it works
-
I work with adults who feel stuck and want help to make sense of what is getting in the way. This can include but is not limited to helping people who experience:
Symptoms of low mood, irritability or lack of energy and motivation often referred to as depressed or depression.
Feelings of restlessness, constantly thinking about what could go wrong or feeling like the worst case scenario is about to happen at any given moment. Often leaving people feeling anxious or worried.
Flashbacks of a traumatic event or feel like things are too overwhelming and don’t feel able to calm down or control emotions to the point where they might avoid others and activities that they used to enjoy but can’t seen to bring themselves to do anymore often feeling hopeless.
Work related stress, worrying about the consequences of taking time off, feel like there is no point anymore and loose the motivation to keep working leaving them feeling burnt out.
Whatever you want to bring, I'm here to support you.

Before starting:
Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes. This allows time to explore your concerns at a comfortable pace. Sessions are typically held weekly, but we can adjust this based on your needs. Sessions can be conducted in English or in French.
Sessions take place online, ensuring flexibility and accessibility from the comfort of your home. You’ll need a quiet, private space and a device with a reliable internet connection.
What Will Happen in a Session?
Each session is a confidential, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. Therapy is a partnership. We'll work together to understand your challenges and identify ways forward. Our conversations will be guided by your goals, needs, and preferences.
Where appropriate, I may suggest techniques or exercises you can use between sessions to support your progress.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
Therapy is different for everyone. Some people find a few sessions helpful, while others prefer longer-term input. We can review your progress regularly to make sure therapy continues to meet your needs.
What Are the Fees?
If you are self-paying sessions are priced at £110 per session. Depending on each person’s circumstances we can of course discuss this as therapy should remain accessible depending on each person’s means. Payment is due before each session and can be made via Bank Transfer.
I also accept insurance claims as I am recognised with:
Aviva
AXA
Cigna
Vitality
WPA
Ask your insurance if psychological therapies are covered by your policy and request a pre-authorisation number.
As the first consultation is free don’t let this hold you back from getting in touch to make sure we would be a good fit working together!
